104 Proceedings of the Council of Maryland, 1694 97.
Lib. H. D. Indenture from their Mattes as aforesaid Giveing and by these presents Granting Unto our said Attorney our full power and lawfull & absolute Authority in the Execucon and performance of all and singular the premisses aforesd and one or more Attorney or Attorneys Deputies or Agents Servant & Ser vants vnder him for the purpose afored or any of them to make constitute and Appoint and at his pleasure to Revoke and generally to doe Accomplish determine and Execute all and every such future and other lawfull & reasonable Act & Acts thing & things device & devices whatsoever for Us and to our Use & in our Name and stead in and about the premisses aforesaid or any of them as to our said Attorney shall from time to time seem meet and that as fully and amply in all respects as Wee our Selves might or could doe were Wee personally present Ratifyeing and allowing for firme & effectuall all and whatsoever our said Attorney shall lawfully doe or Cause to be done in our Names and to our Use in pursuance of these presents in Wittness whereof I the said Mainhardt Duke of Schonburg & Leinster and Wee the said Sr James Houblon Henry Scardevile & John Hooke have herevnto Set our hands & Seales the twenty Eighth day of March in the Sixth year of the Reign of our Soveraign Lord & Lady William and Mary by the Grace of God of England Scotland ifrance & Ireland King & Queen defenders of the ifaith &Ca Annoq. Domini 1694.
