Gold silver Coyn Barrs or piggs of silver ingots of Gold Merchandizes and other Goods & Chattells whatsoever which at any time or times then-to fore had been or at any time or times then after should be left cast away Wreckt or lost in or p. 23 Upon any of the Rocks shelves Shoales Seas Rivers or Bancks in America between the Latitude of Twelve Degrees South and fforty Degrees North And which at any time or times within twenty years next after the Date of the said Indenture should be taken vp gotten or Recovered by him the said Mainhardt Duke of Leinster his Executors Administrators or Assignes or his or their Agents or Substitutes as by the said Grant may more fully appear now Know Yee that the said Mainhardt Duke of Schonburg & Leinster and Wee S' James Houblon Knight and Alderman of the City of London Henry Scardeviie Dean of Cioyn in the Kingdom of Ireland and John Hooke of Grayes Inn in the County of Middlesex Esqr Trus tees created by the said Duke for Management of the Affaires aforesaid by Indenture Under his hand & Seale bearing Date the twenty first day of June last past have made appointed constituted & Ordained and by these presents doe make Appoint constitute & Ordaine the Honoble ffrancis Nicholson of the City of London Esqr our Attorney Deputy & Agent within the Province of Maryland and all the Limits & Bound aries vpon the Sea Coasts of the sd Province of Maryland for Us and in our Names and for our Vse to Seize & take into his possession all wrecks and premisses before mentioned in the above recited Grant (and thereout to Reinburse himself all such Charges and disbursements as he shall be at in and about the same together with such Allowance as Wee have Given by our Letter to him Dated the twenty second day of March instant) which at any time heretofore or at any time or times hereafter during the continuance of these presents have shall or may be left cast away wreckt or lost in or vpon any of the Rocks, shelves, shoales Seas Rivers or Bancks within or neare all or any of the Limits or Boundaries of the said Prov ince of Maryland And the same or any part or parcell thereof so seized and secured for Vs and to our Use and advantage to deteyne and keep or sell and dispose thereof as to him shall seem most meet & convenient & thereout Reinburse himself as aforesaid And in case of any denyall obstruction or p. 24 opposicon in the lawfull Execucon of all or any of the Powers and Authorities hereby Given and Granted to Sue Implead and Imprison all & every person & persons whatsoever that shall detain possess dispose purloyn or imbeazle any of such Wrecks and premisses before particularly mentioned so belonging to Us or either of Us by virtue of the said Grant or
