Exr or Admr his making up of his accompt of his admracon
shall transmitt a certificate of the cleare estate in the hands of
such Admr or Exr to the Justices of the County Courts that
they may secure the same for the Orphans of the deceased
testate or intestate persons by takeing good Security there-
fore, which the severall Justices cannot nor do not do because
that practise hath been neglected by those whose Duty twas
to transmitt the said acctof the deceaseds clear Estate.

Upon Reading the Representation of the Committee of
agrievances relateing to the fees due from persons nat-
urallized.
Resolved that a Bill be drawn accordingly for the same.
Upon the representation of Colonel Henry Darnall Agent
for the Rt Honble the Lord Proprietary of Baltemore Lord
Proprietary of this Province on behalfe of the said Lord Balte-
more, that whereas their Matys Sollr Genll Sr Thomas
Laurence upon a Refference made to him by their Matys con-
cerning severall Rights claymed by the said Lord Baltimore

in this province, amongst other things made his Reporte in
Relacon to wild horses and wild Cattle, that they were ferae
nature, concluding that they were wild by nature, and in
being, before his Lordships Charter.
This house do say that Mr Sollicitor was not well informed
in relation thereto, for that there were no horses, Beeves or
hoggs in this Country before seated by the present Inhabi-
tants thereof, the Same being imported, and that they do con-
ceive they are in the nature of Waifes and Strayes.
The house is adjourned untill 7 of the clock to morrow
morning.
