The consideration and further debate of which is referred
till next Councill day at which tyme Captn Hill may be able
probably himself in person to give his Attendance and his
Ldspp and Councill a further Account of his negotiation
Upon the motion of Mr Robert Carvile this day made to
his Ldspp & Councill in behalf of Mary Ashbury of Kent Island
widow & Relict of ffrancis Ashbury late of the same place
deceased supplicateing his Ldspp of his grace and favour to
remitt unto the said widow the boate wherein the said Ashbury
was drowned together with her appurtenances issued this
following ordr viz.

Ordered that the boate wherein ffrancis Ashbury late of
Kent Island was (as is conceived) accidentally oversett and
drowned together with all her sailes rigging and appurtences
whatsoever be and remaine the proper goods and Chattells of
Mary the widow and Relict of the said ffrances her heyres and
Assignes for Ever, to her or their owne proper use and
behoofe for Ever, and that the same or any part or parcell
thereof (in whose custody soever) be accordingly Safely
delivered to the said Mary or her ordr his Ldspp haveing Signi-
fyed his pleasure favourably to relinquish his Claime there-
unto to the said Mary and her heyres as aforesaid Dated at
St Maries the nineteenth day of Aprill in the seaventh yeare
of the Dominion of the Rt honble Charles &c. Annoq Domini
