if it please your Lspp and honble Councill to add to your Lspps
Com" Captn Henry Tripp, Mr John Pollard, Mr William
Traverse, Mr Edwd Pindar Mr John Barnes, or of those whom
your Lspp thinks fitt for the dispatch of the County business
by reason the County much burdened for want of Commis-
sioners in soe much there hath been but One Court on the
Dispatch of the County business since November last, the
premisses being considered I remaine

On the back of the foregoing Request was endorsed viz.
Lett a new Comission be forthwith drawne for the Justices
of Dorchester County and that Capt Henry Tripp be made
Judge of the Court, and William Stevens, Tho: Taylor, and
John Brooke the other three for to be of the Quorum with
him; and John Pollard William Traverse, Edward Pindar for
other Commission" to be added next after those already in
C: Baltemore
