Resolved thereupon, and it is the Opinion of this board
that the pet^rs and others therein concerned, reposeing trust
and confidence in the favour and good will of his L^sp and the
next Assembly to grant their request, may proceed to build at
the place desired in ord^r to the makeing their conveniencies
there for a towne and place of trade, provided they cann gett
the land made over to them from the Owner soe as to be sure
of his Title thereunto. And this board soe farr approove
thereof as to declare hereby that they will at the next Assembly
joine with the pet^rs and their Delegates or Representatives in
petition to his L^sp for his assent to an Act then to pass for
confirmation hereof.
