To the honble his Lsps Councill in
Councill sitting
The humble Petition of Joseph Edloe of Calvert County
Humbly sheweth
That your Honors Petitioner finding by long experience, that
the scituation of his house at Pottuxen, is more fitt and con-
venient for a publick then private house,
humbly craves leave to be Admitted to keepe an Ordinary
therein wch he will doe according to Act of Assembly in that
case made and provided, and give bond accordingly
And he shall pray &c
Ordr for Ordinary keeping
The petr hath the leave of this board to keepe a lycense as
is prayed, giveing bond accordingly untill such time as he
have the recommendations of the Comrs of the County where
he live wch he is required speedily to procure
