Officers Civill and Military within the same, and others the
good people of this Province that immediately upon sight
hereof you use all waies and meanes to Enquire and search
in and about all places both by land and water within your
severall and respective Bailywicks limitts and precincts for the
said Makeele and other his Associates and Confederates, and
him or them or either of them wheresoever he or they shall
be found forthwith to apprehend, and in safe custody keepe,
soe that you have him or them safely and securely before his
Lsps Justices of the Provinciall Court, at the next Provinciall
Court to be held at the City of St Maries. Whereof faile not
and for your soe doeing this shall be your warrt Given
under our hands and the lesser Seale of the Province the
second day of March in the Tenth yeare of the Dominion of
the Rt honble Charles &c. Annoq Dmi. 1684:

The humble Petition of Abraham Gale of Somrsett County

That whereas your Petr did severall times send severall
Lettrs to your Petrs wife Sarah Gale then Inhabiting in the
