such matters and thinges as shall be then and there objected
against them, in behalf of his Lsp the Rt honble the Lord Propry
of this Province, And that he also summons Mr Edward
Inglish, and Mr Edward Jones, that (all excuses sett apart)
they also be and appeare at the time and place aforesaid to
testifie the truth of their knowledge on behalf of his sd Lsp as
well against them the sd Wells & Wheeler, as also against one
Henry Higges bound by Recognizance to appeare at the time
and place aforesaid. Whereof lett there be noe faile. Given
at the Councill Chamber at the City of St Maries the second
day of December, in the tenth yeare of the Dominion of the
Rt honble Charles &c. Annoq Dmi: 1684

Ordered that the Coroner of Cecill County forthwith upon
sight hereof summons William Peirce gentl high Sheriff of the
said County & William Nowell, now or late his Deputy, that
all excuses sett apart they be and personally appeare before
his Lsps Councill at the City of St Maries the first day of the
next Provinciall Court there to be holden, to answer unto such
things as shall then and there be objected against them.
Whereof lett there be noe faile, and for soe doeing this shall
be a suffkint warrant. Given at the Councill Chamber at the
City of St Maries the second Day of December in the 10th
yeare of the Dominion of the Rt honble Charles &ca Annoq
