Philip Calvert.
The. said William Taylor upon his oath likewise at the same
time did affirm that James Beaumont of Charles County was
present when he the Deponent heard Capt ffendall speake
those words in the above Deposition wch relate particularly to
him
It is thereupon ordered that a warrt issue from this board
directed to the Sheriff of Charles County to apprehend
Samuel ffendall soe as to have him here on Tuesday next the
Eleaventh instant and a summons for James Beaumont to
testifye the truth of his knowledge &c: which accordingly
issued and are as foll viz. Mr Thomas also to be summoned.

You are hereby willed and Required forthwith upon sight
hereof to apprehend and take into your custody the body of
Samuel ffendall of your County and him safely keepe soe that
you have him before his Lspp and Councill at the City of St
Maries on Tuesday next the Eleaventh instant to answer unto
such matters and thinges as shall then and there be objected
against him in behalf of the Rt honble the Lord Propry whereof
you are not to faile at your perill. Dated at St Maries the
fourth Day of October in the Sixth yeare of the Dominion of
