	City of St Maries, when and as often as occasion shall require, and that there be noe failure or disapointmt by his absence, ordered that he have his Office there and some pson con- stantly to attend.	P. 114

Ord^r Concerning M^r Richard Beard to be Dep^ty Survey^r
of Anne Arrund" County.

Ordered that the Survey^r Gen^ll be advised by Letter that
M^r George Yate his present Dep^ty for Anne Arrundell County
being at this time uncapable (by reason of his Lameness and
other occasions) to Officiate under him in that place; This
board doe recommend unto his Hono^r M^r Richard Beard of
the same County, whom (upon examination if he be approoved,
He is desired to preferr to that Office
