Then were Admitted and sworne the hon^ble Coll Henry
Darnall, Maj^r Nicholas Sewall and John Darnall Esq^r Justices
of the Provinciall Court of this Province, who haveing duely
taken the oath have hereby full power and Authority given
them or any two of them to administer the same unto all, and
every the person and persons within named and to the office
of Justices of the Provinciall Court aforesaid appointed.

Know yee that wee have constituted assigned and appointed,
and doe by these presents constitute assigne, and appoint, our
dearely beloved Couzen Coll George Talbott, our trusty and
well beloved Councellor Coll Thomas Taillor Esq^r our trusty
and well beloved Coll Vincent Lowe Esq^r our trusty and well
beloved Coll Henry Darnall Esq^r our trusty and well beloved

being of our said Province for and in relation to all affaires of
State, and for and in relation to the makeing of peace and
Warr, and the good Governance and ordering of all affaires
relateing to the same in our said Province dureing our
pleasure. And Wee Doe further Assigne Constitute and
appoint that they the said Coll George Talbot Esq^r Coll
Thomas Tailler Esq^r Coll Vincent Lowe Esq^r Coll Henry Dar-
