be left without the bounds of this Province the same be noted
and entred as such upon Record in the Records of this
Province

5 A Particular of Some ffees annexed to
the Office of his Lsps: Attorny Genll

What other matters may now or hereafter happen to be
done by the Attorney Genl in his Office the ffees for the same
to be awarded and settled by his Lsps Councill:

And the particular ffees above mentioned and recited are
hereby Established and settled upon his Lspps Attorney Genll
for the time being to be by him demanded and taken by
vertue of this ordr of his Lspp and Councill now made.

At a Councill held at Mattapony Sewall the ffirst Day of
May in the nineth yeare of the Dominion of the Rt honble
Charles &ca Annoq Dmi. 1684:

The honble Maj. Nidiolas Sewall
[ Mr John Darnall
Present

At which time the severall oathes of Deputies to the honble
Benedict Leonard Calvert Esqr his Lsps Lt Genll and Chiefe
Governr of this Province of Justices of the Provinciall Court,
and of Councellors of State were Administred unto Coll Henry
Darnall Majr Nicholas Sewall, and Mr John Darnall, they
being (amongst others) by his Lspps severall Commissions of
this Day thereunto appointed and Assigned as foll (viz)

ffor Sueing any bond bill Recognizance or other matter
in his Lsps name meerely for the use & benefitt of a
private pson
ffor every Escheate of land found by Office and adjudged
by the Provinciall Court, the party receiveing the

ffor every naturalization granted by Act of Assembly
