What other matters may now or hereafter happen to be
done by the Atto^rney Gen^l in his Office the ffees for the same
to be awarded and settled by his L^sps Councill:

And the particular ffees above mentioned and recited are
hereby Established and settled upon his L^spps Atto^rney Gen^ll
for the time being to be by him demanded and taken by
vertue of this ord^r of his L^spp and Councill now made.

At a Councill held at Mattapony Sewall the ffirst Day of
May in the nineth yeare of the Dominion of the R^t hon^ble
Charles &c^a Annoq Dmi. 1684:

At which time the severall oathes of Deputies to the hon^ble
Benedict Leonard Calvert Esq^r his L^sps L^t Gen^ll and Chiefe
Govern^r of this Province of Justices of the Provinciall Court,
and of Councello^rs of State were Administred unto Coll Henry
Darnall Maj^r Nicholas Sewall, and M^r John Darnall, they
being (amongst others) by his L^spps severall Commissions of
this Day thereunto appointed and Assigned as foll (viz)

	ffor Sueing any bond bill Recognizance or other matter in his Lsps name meerely for the use & benefitt of a private pson ffor every Escheate of land found by Office and adjudged by the Provinciall Court, the party receiveing the	£ tobo 800
	benefitt thereof to pay if the land be under 1000 Acrs if above 1000 Acres then ffor every naturalization granted by Act of Assembly	400 800
	and assented to by his Lsp 400: — ffor every speciall Indictmt and discharge the Spiall	400
	prosecuter to pay	200
