Harman made answer I should be honestly paid for it, and
soe asked me the price thereof; I told them I had been bid
4000' tobo for it and refused it Mr Harman said that if I had
soe offered for it they could give me noe less but I told them
if they had it they must give me 4500' tobo for it; against
which they made noe objection, and as to the price soe it
rested. Yett moreover I also told them that unless I might
have my Tobacco the winter following or at furthest by the
25th March then next ensueing And withall provided that I
would reserve a beeing on the land unto my mother in Law
dureing her life, otherwise I would not sell it: Sometime after
this Mr Henry Ward and Mr Abraham Wilde past a bill unto
me, when I went to demand my tobacco Mr Herman bid me
produce my bill and I should have my Tobacco soe I pro-
duced my bill and they tooke it of me, and ordered mr Old-
field to pay the Tobacco, but Oldfield not paying of me I
applyed myself again to the Comrs and have been waiteing on
their worshipps ever since yeare after yeare except this last
yeare, but cannot Gett the tobacco and yett they keepe my

very injurious to me, as also Damage in my Stock occasioned
by remooveing upon wch Considerations with Submission to yr
Exncys Judgemt If non pformance shall make the Agreem'
