To the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary and his Hon-
ourable Council
The humble petition of John Stevens of Dorchester County
Sheweth
That whereas your Petitioner having lately Supplicated
your Lordship to grant him a Conditional Warrant to lay out
some Land in Delaware Bay which Warrant hath been exe-
cuted for your Petitioner but the Time limited for him to
make good his Rights was so short that it is now expired and
he could not procure all his Rights to make Good.
Wherefore he humbly craves your Lordship to grant him
further time to make good the Remainder being nine Hun-
dred & fifty Acres
And as in Duty Bound he shall pray &c
Ordered that the said Stevens have time given him till the
tenth of March next to make good the Remainder of his
Rights
