By the Lord Propry & Councill
Maryland ss.
You are hereby willed and Required as also strictly charged
& Comanded forthwith upon sight hereof to apprehend and
take into your Custody the body of Jacob Young (if he shall
be found in your Bailywick) and him Safely keepe soe that
you have him securely guarded before his Ldspp and Councill
at the City of St Maries with all convenient speed to answer
unto such matters & thinges as shall then and there be
alledged against him. Whereof faile not and for soe doeing
this shall be your warrant
Dated at the sd City of St Maries the 30th day of August in
the Seaventh yeare of the Dominion of the Rt honble Charles

hending of Jacob Young of your County, which requires your
greatest prudence and discretion in the seecrett managemt
thereof that yon may in noe wise faile of executing thereof
according to Tenor wch is his Ldspps peremptory ordr to you
signified by Your humble Servt

By the Lord Propry A Proclamation

Whereas the Rt honble the Lord Propry of this Province with
injtent to meete the good people of this Province in a Generall
Assembly, And to have their advice concerning, the urgent
affaires of this Province, did by his Proclamation beareing
Date the Tenth Day of July last past declare the Calling of a
new Assembly to beginn and be holden at the City of St
Maries the Twelfth day of October next ensueing, and accord-
ingly Commanded his Chancelor of this Province to Issue out
writts in due forme for that purpose which sd Twelfth day of
October on which the sd Assembly should sitt being now at
hand and the affaires of this Province not Absolutely Require-
ing the Convention or sitting of the sd Assembly soe soone ;
his Ldsp for divers good Causes and Considerations him there-
unto mooveing, hath thought fitt, and doth hereby fully
resolve Determine and ordeine that the sd Generall Assembly
be prorogued untill the four and Twentyeth day of October
next ensueing the Date hereof; hereby Willing and Require-
ing all and Singular the Sheriffes of this Province to make
