Ordered that the Country house at the Citty of St Maries
be left in as good tenantable Condicon by Mr Richard Moy as
it was when he entred and forasmuch as Mr Moy is now in
possession that he have the refusall of a lease thereof for five
yeares paying five thousand pounds of tobacco yearely for the
same the said lease not to be assigned without the consent of
his Excellency the Capt Genll.
April 18th 1674.
Comission then issued to Edward Williams of Talbott
County to be Clerke of the County Court of Baltemore County
dureing the Secretaryes Pleasure or so long as he shall well
demeane himselfe and not be convicted of any misdemeano'
in the execution of his said Office.
The like Comission, then also issued to Wm Hemsley of
Talbott County to be Clerke of the Court of the same County
with the Limitation aforesaid.
April the 24th 1674
Comission then issued to Mathew Stone of Charles County
Genl to be Clerke of the County Court of the same County
with like limitation, as Other County Court Clerks.
April 29th 1674
Comission then issued to Richard Boughton of Ann Arrun-
dell County Gent, to be Clerke of the County Court of the
same County with like limitation as other County Court
Clerks.
May 5th 1674
Comission then issued to Edmund Beauchamp of Somer-
sett County to be Clerke of the County Court of the same
County with like limitations as other County Court Clerks.
