Kent ss:
Michael Miller of this County otherwise called Michael
Miller of Kent County Administrator of all and singular the
goods and Chattells of Richard Lee late of the sd County
decd: standeth attached to answer unto Mary Townesend of
the same County in an action of trespass on the case.
And whereupon the said Mary Townesend by William
Harris her Attorney complaineth and saith that the said
Richard Lee late of this County deceased did in his life time
stand indebted unto the said Mary the summeof five hundred
pounds of tobacco in cask and although the said Mary have
often demanded the said summe of five hundred pounds of
tobacco in the life time of the said Richard and since his
Death of Michael Miller Adminrs of all the goods and Chat-
tells, which hath refused and still doth refuse to make paymt
to the said Mary soe that she saith that she is Damnified and
hath Damage to the value of Eight hundred pounds of tobo
and thereupon she bringeth this suite
