yeares time to Keepe ordinary and then to be voyd, and for
that I am informed that severall psons in the Respective
Countyes of this Province doe prsume to keepe ordinary not-
withstanding they have no licenses, or Else their licenses are
voyd and out of Date
These are therefore to Comand you that you make pub-
lique proclamacon through your Baliwick that all psons that
keepe any publique ordinary within the same Either by vertu
of any license from me, or without any license at all doe pson-
ally appeare before me at the Citty of St Maryes the Tenth
day of December next and bring with them such licenses as
they have by vertu of which they Keepe ordinary or some
Testimonialls from the Comissioners of the County where
they live that they are psons fitting to Keepe ordinary, and so
take out new licenses, and enter into such Recognizance as
the Lawes of this Province doe Enjoyne, or Else to proclaime
that wee doe hereby vacate the said licenses to them formerly
graunted, and shall proceed agt them as psons that sell Drinke
and Keepe ordinary without lycense, Given undr my hand
and seale at Armes the sixth day of October in the 41 th yeare
of the Dominion of the Right honoble Cecilius &c Annoque
