& Seale att Armes, so as the said Warrant & Warrants &c
duely Entred & Registred & the said lands duely Surveyed,
& the Surveys thereof returned And all & every the necessary
Rules Oders & Circumstances heretofore by us or by our
said late ffather given or Appointed in relation to the Survey-
ing of such lands, & the Entering Registring & Attesting the
Surveys thereof & all necessary Circumstances touching such
Grants Surveys & Warrants heretofore by us or by our said
late ffather given or appointed be first duely observed & per-
formed willing & by these prsents requireing the said Thomas
Notley to advise as there shall be occasion with those who are
or shall be of our Councell there for the tyme being upon all
emergent occasions touching concerning or relateing unto the
good Governmt of our said Province & of the People there
And wee doe hereby revoake adnull & make voyd all former
Comissions heretofore att any tyme given unto the said
Thomas Notley or any others in relation to all or any the
Offices Powers or Authorityes hereby granted And all &
every power & powers Authority & Authoritys thing &

things in them every or any of them given granted menconed
or contained hereby declareing the same to be revoaked
adnulled & made voyd to all intents & purposes imediatly
from & after the publishing of these prsents within our said Prov-
ince Given under our hand & Greater Seale att Armes this
fourteenth day of Octobr in the first yeare of our Dominion
over the said Province Annoq Dmi One thousand Six hun-

On the back side of the aforegoing Comission was thus
Written
A Comission for Thomas Notley Esqr to be my Governor of
Maryland, hereby requiring the said Notley to take the usuall
Oath of Governour afore our Chancellor or Secretary whom I
hereby Impower to Administer the same

Ordered that Cecil County Court be holden upon the
second tuesday in each month Courtly on which the same
Courts are to be Holden.

December 5th 1676
Ordered that John Creycroft be Ordered the tobacco
remained in the hands of Capt Jonathan Sibrey Sheriff of
Cecil County out of the publique and that the Deputy Gov-
ernour passe his Order accordingly.
