Lib. R. R. manner, of all other Articles & circumstances of the prmisses
them or any of them any manner of way touching & concern-
ing And the same Treasons, Misprisions of Treason against
his said Matie Insurreccons, Rebellions, Mutinyes, & Seditions,
Burglaryes, unlawfull meetings & speaking of words against
us or our Dominion over this Province & other the prmisses
p. 104 (for this tyme) to heare & determine According to the Lawes
& Customes of the Kingdome of England & of this our Prov-
ince And therefore we Comand you that att certaine dayes &
places which you or any foure or more of you (of which you
the said Philip Calvert & Wm Calvert are to be one) shall
appoint, you make diligent Enquiry upon the prmisses, & all
& Singuler the prmisses you heare & determine & the same
doe & performe in manner aforesaid, doeing therein what to
Justice appertaineth according to the Lawes & Customes of
England & of this Province saveing to us our Amerciamts &
other things from thence to us arising or belonging, for we
have Comanded our Sheriffes of this our Province, that att
certaine dayes & places which you or any foure of you (of
which you the said Philip Calvert & Wm Calvert are all wayes
to be one) they cause to come before you such & so many
honest & lawfull men of this Province by whom the truth of
the matter may the better be knowne & Enquired after In
Testimony whereof we have caused these our Letters to be
made Patents Wittness our trusty & welbeloved Thomas
Notley Esqr our Deputy Lievt of our said Province of Mary-
land the ninth day of Octobr in the first yeare of our Dominion
over our said Province Anoq Dom 1676 :
