Item wee doe hereby authorise you so often as you shall
finde occasion from time to time and at all times hereafter to
suspend any pson or psons our said Chancelour & Secretary
only Excepted from sitting or being of our privy Councill
in our said Province or from Exercising or Executing any
office or Offices Military or Civill within our said Province
during your pleasure and untill our pleasure to the Contrary
be by us signifyed and wee doe hereby Expressely prohibite
declare and Enjoyne that Every person and psons (Except
before Excepted) so by you suspended, or to be suspended
shalbe and is and are hereby suspended, from the Exercise
and Execution of such Office and Offices from the Exercise
and Execution whereof he shalbe so Suspended and is and
are hereby prohibited and Enjoyned from the Exercise and
Execution of the same, untill we or you shall declare our
Expresse wills and pleasures to the contrary.
Item wee doe hereby give you full power and authority for
us and in our names in case of the death of any Officer or
Officers of our said Province or of any of our Privy Counsellor
or privy Counsellors or in case of any such Suspension as
aforesayd, to apoint some other fitting pson or psons to Exe-
cute the Office or Trust of such pson or psons so dyeing or to
Lib. R. R.
be suspended as aforesayd untill ours or your will shalbe
Declared to the Contrary And wee doe hereby authorise such
pson and psons so by you to be appointed To Execute and
Exercise such Office and Offices according to such your
appointmt
Item wee doe hereby authorise you in case you shall finde
it necessary to appointe & Constitute any other pson or psons
not Exceeding the number of three psons to be of our Privy
Councill and to be Judges and justices of our Provinciall
Court of our said Province together with those psons by us
already appointed to be of our said Councill and to be Judges
and Justices of our said Court, and the person and persons
so by you to be apointed and Constituted to cause to be
sworne of our said Councill and to be sworne Justices of
our said Court which said pson and psons so by you to be
appointed and Constituted wee doe hereby appointe and
Constitute to be of our said privy Councill and to be Judges
and Justices of our said Court during our pleasure as fully
and amply to all intents and purposes as if they had beene or
were pticularly appointed and Constituted as such by our self
under our Seale so as he or they take the oath and oathes
appointed to be taken in such Cases by those who are of our
said Councill and by those who are Judges and Justices of
our said Court before he or they shall Exercise or Execute the
said Office or Offices to which they shalbe so apointed &
Constituted.
