Ordered That said Treasurer pay to Cornelius Garretson
twenty four Pounds, four shillings & three Pence for Amt of
Acct
Copy of Lre No 175 was sent to Colo Smallwood & Brigadier
Genl Beall.
Ordered That Colo Wm Smallwood be requested to procure
a stamp to be made, on which the word Maryland shall be
engraved, and that he therewith cause all the Guns, belonging
to this State in the hands of the regular Troops including
the Independant Companies, to be stampt. And Brigadier
General Beall, or the commanding officer of the militia of the
Flying Camp is requested to cause all the Guns in the hands
of the said last mentioned Troops, to be stampt in the same
manner.
Ordered That Western shore Treasurer pay to Colo John
Stull six hundred pounds, for and on Acct of the Militia Com-
pany to be raised in the Upper District of Fredk County.
Ordered That said Treasurer pay to Dr Adam Fisher six
hundred pounds, for & on Acct of the Compy to be raised in
the middle District of Fredk County.

Saml Barber 1 Lieutt
Vachl Gunther 2d Lt
Nichs Worthington Ensign of
a Company for Flying Camp.
Ordered That Western shore Treasurer pay to Majr Elijah
Robosson six hundred Pounds, on Acct of his Compy
Ordered That Advertizements be inserted for one thousand
Pikes
Commissions issued to James Lloyd appd 2 Lt and Richd
Willis Ensign of Captn Frisby's Compy of militia in Kent
County.
Adjourned 'till next Day 10 o'Clock

To Brigadier General Rezin Beall and Colonel William Small-
wood — Respectively
Gentlemen. Inclosed we send you an order of the Council
of Safety relative to the arms belonging to this State. You
are also requested to cause the several Captains in your
department to return an exact List of all the Guns, Cartouch
Boxes, Knapsacks and Havresacks, Camp Kettles, Blankets,
Tents, Canteens, Wooden Bottles, Priming Wires and Brushes
and every other the Effects or Utensils belonging to this State
carryed away by their respective Companies, that we may
