Ordered That said Treasurer pay to Alexr Howard Mag ru-
der thirty five pounds, seven shillings & one Penny for & on
Acct of his Compy
Ordered That said Treasurer pay to Oliver Whiddon two
pounds, seventeen shillings & eight Pence for repairing Guns.
— Ordered That Commissary of Stores at Annapolis deliver
to Captn Magruder sixty four Cartouch Boxes, sixty two Gun-
slings, sixty three Knapsacks with Havresacks, eight Camp
Kettles & twenty Hunting shirts.
Ordered That Western shore Treasurer pay to Richd Berry
one hundred & fifty pounds, Continental Currency, to procure
Coals from Virginia.
Permit was granted to Richard Berry to go to the Common-
wealth of Virginia for Coal for the use of this State.
Ordered That Western shore Treasurer pay to Wm Acres
ten pounds, two shillings and six pence for Boat Hire for
Flying Camp.
Ordered That said Treasurer pay to John King four pounds,
seven shillings & six Pence for Express for Congress.
Copy of Letter No 165 was sent to the Committee of Charles
County.
No 1 66 to Mr Robt Berry.
Ordered That Western shore Treasurer pay to Wm Wilkins
three hundred pounds, on Acct of the Fortifications at Ann-
apolis.
Ordered That said Treasurer pay to Henry Donnes eight
pounds, for being Adjutant to the 28th Battalion.
Ordered That said Treasurer pay to Messrs Jenifer and
Hooe one thousand & seventy four Pounds, six shillings and
nine Pence, for Amt of their Acct
Ordered That said Treasurer pay to Captn Jno E: Howard
fifty three pounds, nineteen shillings & five pence for Balance
of his Acct to this day.
Adjourned 'till next day 10 o'Clock.

Gentlemen. Captain Conway is just ready to Sail and wants
one hundred and fifty pounds of Cannon Powder — be pleased
to let him have it, and we will cause it to be replaced.

Sir. You are to proceed from hence to the Coal Mine in
