[Council to Baltimore Committee.]
Gentlemen.
We send up by Capt Walker a quantity of powder, imported
in Captain Conway; our Commissary has orders to receive
and have the same stored in or near Baltimore Town, until
the Magazine building under your directions can be com-
pleated. We should be obliged to you for your assistance in
seeing the Powder land and properly secured — and should be
glad to hear the Magazine is finished so that it may be
removed there for greater safety.
