At a Provinciall Court held at Putuxent the 10th Liber B. of March 1656. No.3. Mr Richard Preston Mr Iohn Potts present Mr Michael Brookes Mr Woodman Stockley David Farrera plft Whereas David ffarrera arrested to this P. 243 Cornelius Canedy deft Court Cornelius Cannedy for a debt of 2000 pounds of Tobacco and Caske due by Specialty dated the 13th of October 1656 payable upon all Demands, The Court doth order that the Sd Cannedy Shall forthwith Satisfie the Said debt of 2000 pounds of Tobacco and Caske with Court Charges or Else Execucon
Thomas Robinson plft Whereas James Attchison is indebted James Attchison deft unto Thomas Robinson the Sume of five hundred pounds of Tobacco and Caske assigned to Henry Osborne and the Said Osborne Jmpleading the Said Attchison for the Said debt, The Court doth order that the Said Attchison, Shall forthwith Satisfie the Said debt unto the Said Osborne of 500 pounds of Tobacco and Caske with Cost of Suit or Else Execution David Farrera plft Whereas David Farrera arrested to this Henry Pope defendt Court Henry Pope for a debt of 997 pounds of Tobacco and Caske due by Bill dated the 16th of october 1656 payable upon all demands, The Court doth order that the Said Pope Shall forthwith Satisfie the Said debt with Cost of Suit or Else Execution
Timothy Guttridge plft Whereas James Attchison Standeth In- Iames Attchison deft debted unto Timothy Guttridge the Sume of 350 l of Tobacco and Caske due by Bill dated January the 26th 1656 payable upon all demands The Court doth order that the Said Attchison Shall forthwith Satisfie the Said debt with Cost of Suit or Else Execution
The Suit depending between mr Battin plft and mr Morgan defendant is by the Consent of both parties referred unto the next Court.
Whereas Hubert Patee was arrested to this Court by George Bussey and James Veatch for having Notoriously Slander'd them in their reputations, in Saying the Said Bussey and 244 Veatch had forsworne themselves to the pitt of hell, and the Said Bussey and Veatch having proved their Complaint, The Court doth order that the Said Hubert Patee Shall Stand
