              John Maiham plte The deft appearing the first day of this

              Lt Wm Lewis deft Court vppon an arrest at the pltes suite and

              having attended ever since, and none appearing to psecute It is

              ordered that the pltes suite bee dismissed for want of psecu cOn

              with 400l Tob: & Cask charges to bee paid by the plte to the

              deft in respect of his travelling from Portobacco to Court and

              his said attendance & returne.

                 November next. And the meeting for Assessmt of the

                 Leavies the sixt day of the same moneth.
