Edlowe of the Estate of Mr Robert Wiseman deceased vppon his Oath made to pforme the decedents Will expressed in the deposicon aboue written; exhibite a true Inventory by Michäs next vnles &c to give a perfect Accompt &c Tho: Hatton
270 January Anno 1649 Be it knowne vnto all men by these prsents that I Henry Hooper of St Inagoes in the Prov- ince of Maryland Surgion being in perfect sence & memory doe freely give and dispose vnto Raphe Crouch of the afore- said St Inegoes in the Province of Maryland all my Bills debts and personall Estate whatsoever. Nevertheles with this Pro- viso That therewith after my decease all my debts bee first dis- charged And what shall remayne to bee imployed in such pious vses, as the said Raphe Crouch shall best thinke fitt In the presence of John Howard Robert Taylor
The deposicon of John Howard about the age of 22tY yeares P• 334 servant to Tho: Copley Esqr taken the sixt day of ffebr 1649 Sworne & examined saith That the aboue named Henry Hooper being of sound and perfect memory in this depont Judgmt did the day and yeare first aboue menconed make such disposicon of his Estate as is aboue expressed And further saith not J urat coram me Tho: Hatton
The deposicon of Robert Taylor (servant to Tho: Copley Esqr) aged about 22ty yeares taken the sixt day of ffebruary 1649 Sworne & examined deposeth vppon his Oath the same in every respect wch the aboue named John Howard hath here aboue deposed And farther saith not J urat coram me Tho: Hatton
19th April Walter Beane dernandeth an alloweance out of the Custome for a 5 yeare old steere 3 barrells of Corne & 1 hhd of Tob: delivered to Capt Price for Go: Calverts vse in St Thomas ffort and wch the said Capt Price acknowledged hee had received for the vse aforesaid
