At a Council held at the City of
St Maries the 2nd day of February
1688.

Ordered that the provincial Court be Adjourned to the first
Tuesday in Aprill next And that writts of Adjournmt out of
the Sereys office for that purpose.

At a Council held at the City
of St Maries at St Johns the
10th day of March 1688.

Ordered that what publick Armes shall be or are Conveyed
to Mattapany be put to William Haimes Gun Maker at Harvey
Towne to be fixed and made fit for service and he to doe noe
other business in the way of his trade till those be done
amended and finished And that afterwards the same be sent
to the severall Counties againe according to the direccons of

the proclamacon in that case issued And that authority be

granted to presse the said Haimes to the service aforesaid.
Ordered that the Armes at Coll Pyes be sent to St Maries
to Coll Digges to be fixed as aforesaid And that the sheriff
forewith receive them and send them downe accordingly and
that his honr Coll Digges have power to presse a smith for the
fixing the said Armes And then to be returned to the severall
Counties againe—
The honble Coll Darnall Informed this board that the sheriffs
of Dorchester County had brought over his Lordsps Armes of
the said County kept by Capt Tripp and the same being well
fixed and kept the said Coll Darnall ordered the said sheriffs
to carry them back to the said County and deliver them to
Capt Tripp againe Which was well approved of by this board—
The time for the sitting of the Assembly drawing neer, the
same was taken into Consideration And Ordered that the
Assembly be prorogued to the Last tuesday in October next.
And that proclamacons issue accordingly, which follows.

On the 20th of Febry 1688/9 The Lord Baltemore attending
in pursuance of Orders from their Lordships is told by the
Committee that it is expected from Ms Lordship that he should
cause King William and Queen Mary to be proclaimed in
