are hereby required and commanded to make publick proc-
lamacon hereof and to give notice to the severall Deputies

and Delegates of the severall Counties that all Excuses set
apart they and every of them be and personally appeare at the
City of St Maries upon the thirteenth day of November instant
then and there to doe and consent to such things as by the
favour of God shall happen there to be ordained and enacted.
Given at St Maries aforesaid This 12th day of November in
the 13th yeare of the dominion of the Right honble Charles
Lord Baltemore &c: Annoque Dni 1688.

By Council held the 13th November 1688. The Assembly
was againe prorogued by another proclamacon in forme afore-
said to the 14th day of November Instant.

At a Council held at the City of St Maries the
14th day of November 1688.

Present. Coll: Henry Darnall and Mr Clemt Hill.
The honble Coll: Thomas Tailler not appearing in his Lord-
ships Upper house of Assembly according to Expectacon It is
ordered by this board That writt issue in usuall manner for the
calling and summoning the said Coll: Thomas Tailler to sit in
his Lordships Upper house of Assembly.

At a Council held at the City of St Maries

the 15th day of November 1688.

The honble William Joseph Esqre Coll: Henry Darnall Majr
Nicholas Sewall & Clement Hill Esqre Present.
Some Letters in packets being brought to the board some
directed to the Rl honble the Lord Howard in Virga and others.
Ordered that boate and hands be forthwith prest to carry
the said Letters to Virga and that the following Letter be sent
also.

May it please your Lordship
The Enclosed packet to your Lordship with the other two
packets and single Letter to Capt Berry Commander of his
Maties Ketch the Deptford were just now delivered to us by
one John Powell who received them yesterday from on board
the ship Avarilla Abraham Wild now rideing in patuxen river
upon receipt whereof wee imediately dispatched an Expresse
therewith to Virginia in order to send the same to your Lord-
