Upon the humble Petition of Iohn Edmonson of Talbot
County setting forth that whereas he had Survey'd & laid out
for him the 17^th day of Iuly Anno 1664 a tract of Land called
Edmonds Fresh Runn lying on the North Side of Choptank
River in the County aforesaid for 400 Acres more or less and
Complaining that some Persons do incroach & intrench upon
the same to his great damage & detrim^t & therefore he humbly
prays an order of this Board for special warrant to resurvey
the said Land according to the true antient meetes and
Bounds thereof and it was granted him & Ordered that
special warrant issue forth accordingly from the Land Office
for the Resurvey of the said tract according to the true ancient
meetes and Bounds thereof not running within the Lines of
any other Land formerly surveyed or Reserved for his Ldshp
the Lord Baltemores use. the Certificate & platt returnable
to this Board with all Convenient speed

tion of Iohn Clements & for the same reason as before
Ordered that special warrant be granted & issue forth of the
Land Office for the Resurvey of a Tract of Land Called
Ratchliff containing 320 Acres lying in the Freshes of Great
Choptank River in Talbot County formerly surveyed & laid
out for Andrew Skinner of the same County the first day of
March Anno Dom 1663 but since by severall meane Assign-
ments vested & setled in the said Iohn Clements (certificate
& platt returnable to this Board with all Convenient speed
Upon a Petition preferred by Elias Nutwell of Talbot
County setting forth that whereas he had Surveyed & laid out
for him the ninth day of October 1687 a tract of Land for 300
Acres called Nutwells Choice lying in the aforesaid County
on the east Side of back Wye betwixt the Land of Rob^t King
W^m Coursey and Irisham Thomas and whereas there is &
likely to arise some dispute between him the said Nutwell &
the other three Persons mentioned concerning the meetes
& Bounds of their respective Lands wherefore the better to
ascertain the meetes & Bounds of his the said Nutwells Land
he hath humbly prayed & it is granted unto him an order of
this Board for special warrant to issue forth of the Land Office
for the Resurvey of the said Nutwells Land Called Nutwells
Choice according to the true antient meetes & bounds thereof
not Running within the Lines of any former or more antient
Surveyor Land reserved for his Ldshp the L^d Baltemores use
Cer retur together with a fair plat to this Board with all
Convenient speed
