You are hereby in their Majestys names charged & com-
manded to apprehend seize & take into your Care & charge
the Body of Edw^d Randolph Esq^r whensoever & wheresoever
you shall find him being charged & accused of several false
mutinous & seditious Scurrilous speeches & reports treason-

able & rebellous practices conspiracies & Contrivances against
their Sacred Maj^stys and this their Government and him in
your Custody closely safely & securely keep so as to have
him before his Excellency at the City of S^t Marys with all
possible & convenient speed & all & Singular their Maj-
estys Officers & Majistrates Military & Civill & others the
Inhabitants of & in this Province are hereby also willed &
required to aid & assist you to the utmost of their Strength
Skill & Power in the due and true Execution and Perform-
ance hereof as they will answer the Contrary at their Peril,
Hereof fail not & for so doing this shall be your warr^t

Ordered that the whole State of the Case of S^r Thomas
Lawrence Esq^r Randolph &c^a be represented home to the
right honble the Lords of the Committee of Trade & planta-
tions by a Letter from this Board
M^r William Taylard produced and was read to the Board
the following Agreem^t between S^r Thomas Lawrence & him
being a Copy thereof under S^r Thomas's own hand writing &
by him as such attested viz^t

That on the day of the date abovementioned it was & is
agreed between S^r Tho^s Lawrence Baronet Secry of the Prov-
ince of Maryld & M^r W^m Taylard his Clk of the Provincial
Court in manner & form following viz^t

profitts of the Office of the Provincial Court from the 5^th
of September 1691 being the date of Sir Thomas's Letters
