Sworn Whereby the antient intended meetes and Bounds of
the said Land may be adjusted which at Present are very
uncertain
And your Petitioner as in duty Bound shall ever
pray

Ordered that Special warrant issue forth of the Land Office
for the Resurvey of the Land mentioned in the petition in
manner and Form as is prayed

To his Excellency the Governor & Council
The humble Petition of Tho^s Dawson of Ann Arun-
dell County
Humbly sheweth.
That your Petitioner being lawfully seized of a Certain
tract or Parcell of Land called Deep Neck Point lying on the
South Side of Maggaty River in Ann Arundell County whose
Bounds are very uncertain & doubtful your Petitioner there-
fore humbly supplicates this Board to grant him special war-
rant of Resurvey to Resurvey and lay out the same according
to the true antient Intended Bounds in the presence of the
Sheriff of the said County & a Iury by him summoned impan-
elled and sworn
And your Petitioner as in duty bound
shall ever pray &c

The humble petition of Mordecai Price of Ann
Arundell County
humbly sheweth
That your Petitioner being lawfully Vested in a Certain
tract or Parcell of Land called Cumbers Ridge lying in Ann
Arundell County formerly taken up by one Iohn Cumber and
now in the Possession of your Petitioner humbly prays that
Warrant of Resurvey may issue from this Board to Resurvey
the same to be made in the Presence of the Sheriff of the said
County and a Iury by him Summoned impanelled and Sworne

& according to the known Bounds and Courses thereof and
not running into the Lines of an antienter survey then its self
or Land reserved for the L^d Baltemores use and that the Sur-
veyor may have Power to Examine upon oath such Evidences
as originally bounded & marked the said Land at the first
taking up
