Robt Grundy Appraisers appointed 30l tob p day for 3 days

Andrew Barnes one of the Seamen belonging to said ship
pursuant to an order of the aforesaid special Court of Admir-
alty makes his appearance here and upon his oath taken upon
the holy Evangelist Deposeth and saith that he was shipped
Carpenter on Board the Ship Ann of New Castle at Leith the
14th day of October 1690 at 3l 5s 0 p mo Ordered that
he be allowed and paid his full wages to the time of the Con-
demnation of said ship accordingly pro Rato
The allowance before made in Tobacco to be reduced into
Money and accordingly paid at the rate of 6s p iool tob

Allowed to John LLewellin the Clk for his care and trouble
in adjusting the accots and making Record thereof I1200l tob
Mr Robert Ungle moves for allowance of a Certain debt
due to him from the said ship for severall necessarys &
materialls by him delivered for use of said ship
Ordered that the said Ungle making appear the same to be
allowed it out of the product of the Ship after the Seamens
wages and other allowed charges deducted and the rest of the
product of the Ship (if any remain to be lodged in the hands
of Mr Willm Sharp for the use and benefit of the Owners
Ordered that the Collonel or Chief Commander of the
Militia in Charles County be required by precept from this
Board to be to him for that Purpose directed, demand of Coll
Edward Pye the Countrey Arms wth their Locks and all things
thereunto belonging or otherwise upon refusall thereof the
said Pye be summoned to appear here at this Board the 7th
day of Aprill next to answer &ca
