Ordered that he be from henceforth dismissed from his
further attendance at this Board as a member thereof, and
from any other Office or Command whatsoever in this Prov-
ince, saving the Clerks place aforesaid & that he be advised
thereof by an order in Writing from this Board which accord-
ingly issued as follows Vizt

Ordered that Coll Henry Iowles late a member of this
honble Board having disabled himself be and he is hereby
wholly dismissed and discharged from the same and his
further attendance as such also from his military Command in
the said County from acting or officiating as Deputy Commis-
sary and from exercising any other publick Power and authority
of Government or Majesteri all Office in the said County or
any other part of this Province whereof let him not fail at his
perill

Motion made by Sir Thomas Lawrence that whereas
formerly preferred to this Board a petition from the Commis-
sioners of Ann Arund11 County in the behalf of Henry Bonner
late Clerk of the said County against him the said Sr Thomas
the said petition being brought to the View of the Persons
said to have signed the same they had denied their names
their written to be their hand writing, It was thereupon
replied and made appear that that Paper which was read in
Councill was but a Copy of the Originall which was acci-
dentally lodged in the hands of Coll Blakiston and at that time
was not at hand but was now produced at the Board
Upon Motion made to the Board in the behalf of the Sheriff
of Baltimore County for allowance to be made him for fees
due to him and severall disbursments and expences by him
