Ordered that for the Seven months past the Petitioner be
allowed in the publick Levy this present year the quantity of
four thousand six hundred and sixty six pounds of Tobacco
and be still continued in his employ till further orders

Further Information being given by the Prisoners in Cus-
tody for the Murder of Robert Kemble that there are severall
other Persons concerned therein living in Baltemore County
vizt Emanuel Seely and Sarah his Wife and Francis Whitehead
Ordered that Precept issue to the Sheriff of Baltemore County
commanding him forthwith to apprehend and take the Bodys
of the said Persons and them safe and in close custody to
keep that he have them before their Majestys Iustices of Oyer
& terminer at the City of St Marys on tuesday the 15th of
Novr to answer &ca
Ordered also that Venire's be directed to the severall Sheriffs
following for summoning Iurors to appear at the same day

a Horse if he shall have occasion for his better expedition
