distinct platts thereof may be returned together to this honble
board for their further consideration and determination therein

The petition granted, & Ordered that warrant of resurvey
issue forth of the Land Office in manner and form as is prayed

To his Excellency the Governor &ca
The humble Petition of Elizabeth Baker Widow
Sheweth
That whereas by a late order of Councill by the Deputy
Governors your Petitioner had granted her a warrant for
resurvey of a certain tract of Land called the cross Neck,
which warrant by reason of the Revolution and of no Effect
Your Petitioner therefore humbly prays that the same war-
rant be again revived as fully as hath been by the said Late
Councill granted her
And your Petitioner shall pray &ca

Ordered that the said warrant be renewed and issue forth
of the Land Office to the petitioner in manner and form as is
prayed

To his Excellency the Governor and the honourable Councill
The petition of Robert Grundy
Sheweth
That whereas your petitioners wife Deborah Carnell the
relict of Daniel Carnell decd by virtue of a special warrant of
resurvey had laid out for her 380 Acres of Land, as p Certifi-
cate and order herewith produced may appear and that by
reason of the late Revolution your petitioners Certificate has
not been returned and recorded in the Land Office your peti-
tioner therefore humbly prays an order of this honble Board
that the same may be recorded, the better to strengthen the
title to your petitioners wife
And your Petitioner as in duty bound shall
pray &ca

to the foregoing Petition was annexed a Copy of an order
of Councill of the 10th of April Anno Dom 1688: passed in
favour of the said Deborah Carnell concerning the aforesaid
Land, signed p Iames Heath Clerk of the Councill
Whereupon it was now ordered that the Certificate in the
petition mentioned be recorded in the Land Office as is prayed
