The petition of William Taylard
Sheweth
That whereas your Petitioner had laid out for him 800
Acres of Land in Talbot County the Certificate whereof is
herewith produced, which has not yet been recorded in the

Land Office, by means of the late Revolution, altho the same
was Granted by order of the Lord Baltemores Councill your
Petitioner therefore humbly prays an order of this honble
board for recording the same
And your Petitioner shall pray &c^a

Ordered that the said Certificate be transmitted to the
Secrys Office with an Order of this Board to record the same
as is Prayed

To his Excellency the Captain Generall & the
rest of the honble Councill
The humble Petition of Edw^d Burges of Ann Arund" County
humbly Sheweth
That your Petitioner being possessed of a tract of Land
lying in Ann Arundell County called Scotch Neck and the
bounds thereof being uncertain, your Petitioner therefore
humbly Supplicates your Excellency and the rest of the honble
Councill for an order of Councill to Resurvey, and lay out the
same according to the ancient intended meetes and bounds
thereof in the Presence of the Sheriff of the said County and
a Iury of the Neighbourhood by him to be Summoned impan-
elled and sworn, and that the Sheriff may have power to sum-
mon and examine such Evidences as there may be occasion
for, for the ascertaining the ancient Bounds of the said Land
And your Petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray

Ordered that the Petitioner have warrant of Resurvey
granted him in manner and form as Prayed

To the Hon^bIe the Governor and Councill
The petition of Daniel Longman of Ann Arun-
dell County
humbly sheweth
That one Nicholas Waterman of Ann Arundell County hath
lately obtained your Honours order for a warrant of Resurvey
of a Parcell of Land called Lockwoods Gift which said tract of
Land interfereth and runneth within the Lines of a tract of
