Hoskins5 Accot for Soldiers pay be allowed to wit a Lieutenant
Ensigne and 27 Men according to Act of Assembly
Also Coll Warrens accot for Captain Lieutnt Ensigne, two
Serjeants a Drummer and 10 Files of Men according to Act
Majr Smallwoods Accot for a Lieutnt Ensigne and 6 file of
Men Lieutnt Iohn Clarks Accot for himself and Eleven Men,
with their Horses severall days in Service to be allowed accord-
ing to Law
Ordered that the whole Surplusage of 75444 of Tobacco
be levyed and Lodged in the hands of the Sheriffs of Charles
St Marys Calvert and Ann Arundell Countys to be disposed
of as above and further so far as the same will extend as the
Governor & Councill at their next meeting shall think fit
towards the defraying of the publick charge of the Province
yet unsatisfied, and for that Purpose the papers and Accots
thereunto relating be delivered into the Custody of the Clerk
of the Councill to be produced and examind by this Board

Prays your Honours order for a special Warrant for the
Resurvey of a tract of Land called Iohns Neck formerly
granted to Timothy Goodridge and since vested and settled
in your Petitioner
And shall pray &ca

The petition granted and Warrant of resurvey awarded the
Petr as is prayed ordered that precept issue accordingly to
the Secrys Office for such warrant

The petition of Iohn Edmonson
most humbly sheweth
That Iohn Richardson had formerly survey'd and laid out
for him a Parcell of Land called Hunting fields for five
hundred acres more or less, which said Tract is since Vested
and Seized in your Petitioner who upon inspection thereinto
had finds a gross mistake committed by the Surveyor in the
first and last Lines thereof (vizt) the first being mentioned to
