his Attorney prayed Caveat may be Entred That when cer-
tificate for Charles County Court house Acre is returned to
the Councell board noe further proceedings may be had or
pattent or order graunted thereon untill notice first given to the
said Thomas Hussey That he may appeare and make his just
defence against the same further proceedings

A Proclamacon.
Whereas the Generall Assembly of this Province was pro-
rogued untill the First Tuesday in October now next ensueing
And that for noe occasion relateing to the state or welfare of
this Province at present offers that requires the sitting of
the said Generall Assembly upon the said First Tuesday in
October next Wee the said Depties Lieuts with the advice of
his Lops Councill have thought fitt to prorogue and the said
Assembly is hereby prorogued accordingly untill the First
Tuesday in May next ensuing the date of these presents
Anno Dom: 1689. And the severall and respective sheriffs
of this Province are hereby strictly required and comanded to
make publick proclamacon hereof in the most publique places
of their Counties and give notice to the Depties and Delegates
of the severall and respective Counties That all Excuses set
apart they and every of them be and personally appeare at
the City of St Maryes upon the First Tuesday in May next
1689 Then and there to doe and consent to such things which
shall by the favour of God happen there to be ordained and
enacted Given at St Maries aforesaid the sixth day of Sep-
tember in the xiii yeare of the dominion of the Right honble
Charles absolute Lord and propry of the Province of Maryland
and Avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore.
