Their honors being informed that in the Comisso for Tryall of Causes for Charles County there is a mistake comitted by the

Clk that drew the same saying instead of 1600£ of Tob: (the
extent of tryalls except for specialty &c:) have put 16000^lb Tob:
as alsoe in Talbot County the like mistake ordered that the
said Comiss^o be returned to the keeper of the Great Seal by
him to be corrected.

Thomas Grunwinl sworn Clk assist of the Councill.

James Heath Clk of the Councill acquainted their Honors he had an urgent Occasion for his speedy goeing for England therefore humbly

prayed that he might have a Clk Assistant allowed in his
absence the which was granted by the Board and the said
Heath offered to their Hono^rs Thomas Grunwin, who was
accepted & he sworn Clk assistant accordingly.
