on every First Tuesday in Iuly October & Aprill in Each
respective Yeare dureing their Majties pleasure or untill the
same shall be further signified & made knowne whereof you
& Every of you the Sherriffs & Chiefe Officers & others as
afd upon the faith & allegiance which you ever Stand bound &
holden unto their Majties William & Mary King & Queene &c
are firmly Enjoyned that in all things touching the Office &
Offices of Iustice & Iustices afd and to the Conservacon of
their Majties peace & the peace of the said Province, & the
holding of the pleas aforesaid You be fully & wholly Obedient
& Assisting unto the said Chiefe Iustice and Iustices afd
respectively to the best of their Skill power & knowledge
Given at the City of St. Maries the 16th day of Aprill In the
third Year of their Majties Reign &ca Anno Domini 1691.
