prayed the Opinion of the Board who resolved that Coll:
Digges or any Justice of the Provinciall Court may give order
to the Inhabitants to assist the Sheriff or Officer out of whose
Goal the said Webb a prisoner escaped in the retakeing the
said prisoner.

murther comitted at the Hore Kills, and the
murtherer fled into Dorchester County and by
the Comissrs of said Dorchester County Deld
back for his Tryall at the Hore Kills, it was

debated whether the said Comrs of Dor: County had performed
their duty in soe doeing, it not as yet being otherwise deter-
mined but that the said Hore Kills ought to be under his
Lops Governmt & resolved that noe notice be taken of this
present, but that his Lops opinion in things of this nature be
prayed.

The Bearer is so powerfully recomended to me that I cannot
refuse giving you these Lines which are to assure you that the
Countess of Tyrconnell has laid her comands on me by the
hands of Sr Wm Talbot to desire you to afford him all the
favour and civility you can in Maryland where he is resolved
to trye his fortune, you must therefore receive him very kindly,
and in any thing that may be for his advantage there, assist
him what you can, that soe he may find some good effects
from these comands sent by Sr Wm Talbot from my Lady
Tyrconnell to Gentl
