ince have power re[serv]ed to him & themselves at any time
hereafter, to Nominate any [new] place or places where the
people are in want of Towne or Townes to bee Equally priv-
iledged with The Townes mentioned in the sd Act.

The Committee for Advancement of Trade report to this
house the following Paper

A Clause to be Added about
building

5th Article: And the same or any Other
manner of settleing or building vpon

such lott according to the Direccons of this Act shall be a per-
petuall Barr, to the Owner or Owners or any person Interested
in the sayd land whether within or without this pvince Even
agt his Lop the Lord Proprietary of this province his heires
and successors saveing the rents hereby in this act to his Lop:
his heires and Successors reserved

Put to the question whether the foregoeing Clause shall be
Added to the Act for Advancement of Trade Yea or Nay
Voted in the Affirmative

A bill about Norses ordrd
to be drawne

Mr Richard Hall Added to the Com-
mittee for Inspecting the Lawes for draw-

ing for drawing vp a bill to lessen the number of Horses within
this province

A message to desire places
for Townes may be more
particularly Assertayned

Major Weekes & Mr Hosier sent to the
vppr house To desire them more par-
ticularly to Assertavne the Places for

Townes: They Returne An say That the vppr house doe sup-
pose the Commissioners in the Act mentioned have power To
Assertayne the places soe that the same be not to farr from the

ment are ready to prosecute the same]
