                  480    Court and Testamentary Business, 1648—9.

             

             Liber A.   the children a Cow-calfe, the first tht doth fall to Vs. But all

                   other things to bee praysed & deuided betweene us, as howses,

                   Land, orchard, cattle, hogs, poultry, or wtsoeur else wee shall

                   purchase in the meane time. As wittnes Or hands & seales

                   the day & yeare aboue written.

                   March28th1648.

                    These testify tht I Margarett Brent Attorney to his Lp haue

                   sold & deliuered unto Barnaby Jackson, one pyed heifer of his

                   LPS stock, being part of the wages of Nicolas Gwyther, assigned

                   unto Barnaby by the sd Nicolas. The sale of wch heyfer I Mar

                   garett Brent on his Lps behalfe doe warrant to the aboue named

                   Barnaby Jackson & his assignes from all lust claimes in Law.

                   Wittnes my hand.

                    Know all men by these prnts tht I Mrs Margarett Brent, being

                   his Attorney haue sold & deliuered unto Barnaby Jackson

                   Two Yeareling oxe calfes of his stock, & I the sayd Mar

                   garett on his Lps behalfe doe warrant the sd sale from all tytles

                   in Law unto the sd Barnaby or his Assignes from all men.

                   Wittnes my hand this 10th of March 1647o.

             p. 244 2o Decembr 1647.

                    Sold unto Barnaby Jackson a yeareling red Bull Calfe of his

                    stock, running in the woods, for 2 Hitches of Bacon, for

                   uictualling of his LPS ffort of St Inegos. Prouided the sd Bar

                   naby or Jno Greenevall, shall come to the sight of the sd Bull.

                   That then the sd Bull is understood to bee receaued by the sd

                   Barnaby & in case neyther of them shall come to the sight of

                   the sd Bull, tht then the Barnaby is to be satisfyed to the ualew

                   of the sd Bull, in something else of his stock.

                   this Bill of Sale Wittnes my hand
