The Dept of Margarett Winchester &c: Liber A. Sayth That some 2 dayes before Mrs Cox dyed This Dept heard Mrs Cox say tht shee would giue to Mrs Bradnox one yeareling heighfer of a cleare stock, for the care & paynes shee tooke about her. & further &c: Sig. This Dept sayth tht the calfe wch caused Mr Cox his hand to bee cutt was att Capt Vaughans, after the Gour & Capt Brent carryed away the Cattle & was hers, untill the of Decembr & further bee deposeth nott. Whereas Thomas Copley Gentn an Alien borne is a Recusant & may bee subject to be troubled for his Religion. And for asmuch as wee are well satisfyed of the Condicon & quality of the sd Thomas Copley, & of his Loyalty & Obedience towards Vs. Wee doe hereby will & requyre yow, & euery of yow, whom it may concerne to permitt & further the sd Thomas Copley freely & quietly to abide in any place, & to goe about & follow his occasions wthout molesting or troubling him, by any meanes whatsoeur for matter of Religion; or the place, or persons of those unto whom hee shall resort. And this shall bee yor wart in this behalfe. Gyuen under or Signett att or Pallace of Westminister the Tenth day of Decembr in the Tenth yeare of Or Reigne Locus + Sigilli To all Or Judges, Justices of Peace, Mayors Sheriffs, Bayliffs, Constables, Headboroughs, Messengers, Pursuivants & to all other Or Officers & Ministers, whom it doeth or may concerne.

And att the exspiraon of the Tearme the aboue named prties shall bee possest of att the end of the time, is to be equally deuided.
