             PrntManners deft for 3000 l The deft acknowl

            Gouernoredgeth the Bill, but neur receaued con

      

       sideraon for the sd Bill. & desyreth respite till next Court to

       produce euidence therfore. Which was accordingly graunted.

      

        George Manners att the request of Edw: Hudson sayth

       uppon his oath, tht in his hearing Mr Bretton demanded 300 l

       Tob: & cask of Tho: Munday, wch was for fees dew from the sd

       Munday & Edw: Hudson & tht the sd Munday promised paymt

       thereof: & demanded of Mr Bretton an Exeqn agst Jno Walton

       att the suite of Edw: Hudson. And Mr Bretton answered

       Munday, saying, Assigne me tht Tob: of Walton, & I will dis

       charge you of my debt, wch is the selfe same quanty And

       Munday answered noe. And further added tht he would see

       him (meaning Walton) rott in prison first. And Mr Bretton

       replyed, Then you shall rott both together, saying That if you take

       OUt exeqn agst Walton, I will take another agst you And

       further goeing after to the sd Munday being then under exeqn

       the sd Mr Bretton, demanded if hee would assigne Waltons Tob:

       to him & bee would release him. And he the sd Munday me

       plyed, noe, for he was wrongfully exequuted. The debt being

       none of his, but belonging to Edw: Hudson, And further he

       sayth not.

        Willm Bretton deposeth idcm ad verbu.

      

        Vppon the demand of Cuth: ffenwick gent. uers Capt Jno

       Price deft touching a Cow. The deft sayth tht he deliuered

       noe such Beast of the plfs mrk to Mr Speake; But tht the beast,

       wch hee deliuered had not any other marke, then his Lps marke

       tht hee, or any others cur saw, or could discerne. And desyreth

       tht the cause may bee respited till next Court, that he may

       haue time to produce euidence touching the marke of the

       Beast respited accordingly.

      

        Cuthbert ffenwick demandeth of Edw: Hudson 300 l Tob &

       cask dew by Bill.

        Vppon the demand abouesd Edw: Hudson deft acknowledgeth

       the Bill, but denyeth tht cur he receaued consideraon therfore.

       & desyreth Respite untill Jan: Court next to proue his allegaon.

       he putting in security to prforme iudgmt of Court therein. wch

       was accordingly graunted. Warrt to the Sheriffe to the tenor

       of the order ret. Jan: Court.
