             Liber A.   yeareling Heighfer ouer keeled on the left eare & under keeled

                   on the right wth a Crosse barred in the forehead unto his sonne

                   Robert Greene to his owne use from this day for ever to ad

                    ffeb. 26o Jno Wyatt Gent. att the request of Capt Giles

                   Brent sayth uppon his oath That one Anne ffletcher sayd to be

                   serut of Sr Edmond Plowdon sometime in summer Ano 1643

                   was brought to the howse of Capt Brent att Kent, by the ap

                   poyntmt of one John Lee, uery infirme & unable to help her

                   selfe. And that there shee had her uictuals & her tendance.

                   att the sd Mr Brents' charge till shee was carryed away from of

                   the Iland. & further he sayth not.

                    These prnts wittnes tht I Margarett Brent his Lps Attorney

                   haue deliuered unto Thomas Allen one heighfer about 3 yeares

                   old for one of the like age wch was killd att St Inegos ffort, by

                   the Captaines order for the fforts use. Wch sd heighfer I Mar

                   garett Brent in his behalfe doe warrant, wth her increase

                   vnto the sd Tho: Allen agst all claimes in Law of any one

                   wtsoeur wittnes my hand this 24th ffeb. 1647 Sig.

                p. 143 Anthony Rawlins demandeth of Mrs Margarett Brent his

                   LPS Attorney 300 l Tob: & cask The sd Tob: being the remainder

                   of 460 l & cask assigd unto the sd Anthony by Nic: Gwyther &

                  Tho:  Jackson. And likewise 2 barrells of Corne assigned by

                   Adam Stauely.

             

                    Edward Hull demandeth of Mrs Marg: Brent his Lps Attorney

                   3 barrells of Corne. due for his sallary in the ffort of St Inegos

                   the last yeare.

             

                        This Eleuenth of ffeb: 1647.

             

                    Sold & deliuered by me Hugh Donne Marrinr unto John

                   Hatch, & Willm Marshall one black pyed Cow called by the

                   name of Lilly, & one black pyed heighfer, called by the name

                   of Trouble & one black pyed Cow calfe called by the name of

             p. 144     Daisy. All wch cattle were of the stock of Rich Marshall

                   deceased. And I the sd Hugh Donne (Attorney to the sd Rich:

                   Marshall & admistrator hauing full satisfaction for the sd cattle
