      Brent to be deliuered as aforesd unto the sd prties aforesd hauing

      receiued like satisfaction) doe auouch & meinteine the aforesd

      cattle, & all their increase unto the sd Jno Hatch & Willm Mar

      shall & their assignes, & will defend them agst all claimes in

      his oath att the request of Jno Prichard This John Salter after

      he came up into this Pro: wth Gouernor Caluert saw a Cutlax

      wch Jno Prichard then woare as his owne. wch sd Cutlax the Sd

      Salter claymed to be his, & alleadged tht it was stolne from

      him, when he was Soldier att Rokahock ffort. and brought

      proofes tht the sd Cutlax was his. Whereuppon the Gour gaue

      order instantly to the sd Salter to take it into his possesn to his

      owne use wch was accordingly done.

      make ouer & deliur unto Barnaby Jackson Three Heighfers WCII

      were belonging to mee, vnto him the sd Barnaby Jackson &

      his Assignes to haue & enioy for euer. Prouided tht in case

      the sd ffrancis Van Enden or his assignes shall pay or cause to

      be payd unto the sd Barnaby Jackson or his assignes sometime

      before the first of January next, 1791 l Tob: & cask, tht then the

      sd heighfers shall bee & remaine unto him the sd ffrancis or his

      Capt Cornewalleys, wth the sd Mr ffenwicks consent. And
