straightly Charged & Comanded to issue yo^r warrants to the
seuerall Constables w^thin yo^r County to take notice what p^rsons
haue been pressed for this p^rsent expedicon and what Crops
they haue standing of Corne and Tobacco and what Ground
they haue prepared for tobacco and the same to Cause to be
tended and planted as the seasons doe p^rsent and need shall
require by the people of the Neighbourhood for and during the
terme. of Six weekes next after his departure if he or they
shall be soe long out upon the seruice And this shall be yo^r
warr^t Giuen und^r my hand this 6^th day of June 1665

Iohn Lumbrozo then pet^ns for Commission to trade w^th the
Indians, Thereuppon Ordered by the Leiutenn^t Generall
That Commission issue to the said Lumbrozo for trade w^th the
Indians

Idem mutatis mutandis ut est in fo: 161 pro John
Nuthall, in force to Continue untill the last day of may
next ensueing

The said Lumbrozo then entred into recognizance to the
Lord Proprietary of ffiue hundred pounds Sterling, for the said
Lumbrozo his due p^rformance according to the said Com^on and
the last Act for trade w^th the Indians to be paid uppon for-
feiture att or before the last day of may next

The Comm^rs for the County Court
of Kent p^rsents 3 p^rsons one of w^ch
they desire the Gouerno^r to Elect
for sherriffe of the said County
theire names are as followeth
Mathew Read Deliuerance Louely & Jn^o Vickoridge
Ordered by the Leiutenn^t Generall that
Com^con issue for Jn^o Vickoridge to be
Sherriffe for Kent County, w^th the Oath
affixed warr^t to take a list of the tythables
and Com^con to Conuene 3 Comm^rs for the
swearing the said Vickoridge forthw^th
